The registrar flow separates registration, transfer, and renewal. Preflight returns availability, CHF price, contact requirements, or transfer-code requirements without immediately finalizing the operation.
An order uses the configured wallet or payment flow and has its own status. A transfer can wait on external approval; do not repeat the order until its status is known.
