Managed mail applies reputation records and tracks billable usage.
#Configure receiving and reputation
Managed mail associates forwarding, aliases, catch-all, and protection settings with a domain. DNS checks verify expected records; Apply adds or updates managed values in the zone.
Aliases route one source address to allowed destinations. Catch-all receives undeclared addresses but increases noise; enable it only with suitable anti-spam policy.
#Start the service
Enable domain mail settings.
Create a test alias and leave catch-all disabled.
Apply reputation DNS records and verify propagation.
Send a test message and inspect result, protection, and usage.
